STUFFED BITTER MELON 
4 med. bitter melon
1/2 lb. ground pork
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 egg
1/4 tsp. aji
1 tbsp. cornstarch

Wash bitter melon and cut both ends. Cut into 1 1/2 inch lengths and remove seeds. Mix other ingredients well and stuff into bitter melons. Place melons in a bowl and steam until cooked, about 45 minutes to an hour.
