STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 pkg. royal strawberry gelatin
1/2 c. hot water
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/4 c. pineapple juice
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk, chilled

Place in a good size bowl the package of gelatin and pour the hot water over it and stir until dissolved. Add sugar, pineapple, and juice. Whip the chilled evaporated milk and fold into the gelatin mixture. When well blended, pour into a baked pie shell and place in the refrigerator until well set. Top with whipped cream.

This recipe may be varied by using different gelatin and fruits.
