UPCOUNTRY SHELLS 
1 c. Parmesan cheese
1 jar bacon bits
1/4 c. dried onion flakes
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. parsley, minced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 carton miniature phyllo pastry shells (found in frozen food section)

Preheat oven to 325°F. Combine cheese, bacon bits, onion flakes, garlic salt and parsley in medium mixing bowl. Add mayonnaise to mixture and stir.

Once all ingredients are thoroughly mixed, pour into pastry shells that have been placed in mini-muffin pans. Place in oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes. Best served warm.
