CHICKEN REUBEN 
Chicken breast, skinned and boneless
1 can sauerkraut
Thousand Island dressing
Sliced Swiss cheese

Place chicken breasts in shallow pan. Spread sauerkraut (somewhat drained) over and around chicken. Dab 1000 Island dressing over it and top with sliced Swiss cheese. Bake, covered with tin foil until almost done. Then remove foil to brown. Cook about 45 minutes, 300-350 degrees.
