MEDITERRANEAN STEW 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 tbsp. butter
4 cans consomme beef broth (soup)
2 c. sliced celery
2 c. diced potatoes
4 lbs. canned tomatoes
1 c. grated raw carrots
2 tbsp. minced onions
2 tbsp. parsley
2 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. elbow macaroni

Small beans, baked beans, lima beans - anything may be added. Cook several hours and it is a meal in itself with salad and rolls.
