MEDITERRANEAN SNAPPER 
1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
2 tbsp. lime juice
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1 or 2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 1/2 lbs. red snapper fillets, 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick (can use shark steaks instead)

Mix all ingredients, except fish fillets. Pour over fish in glass dish. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Remove fish and reserve sauce. Cover and grill fish about 4 inches from medium coals, turning once and brushing 2 or 3 times with reserved sauce marinade until fish flakes easily with fork, 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with lime wedges, if desired.
