MEDITERRANEAN CASSEROLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
1 lb. ground beef
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. pepper
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, room temp.
1/3 c. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. med. noodles, cooked in salted, rinsed & well drained
1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1. Brown beef in butter. Add onion and green pepper and cook lightly.

2. Blend in tomato soup and catsup. Add salt and pepper. Cook 8 minutes, stir several times.

3. Blend cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, garlic salt and Worcestershire sauce. Mix with noodles. Spread into buttered 8 x 12 x 2 inch glass baking dish. Pour meat sauce over top. Sprinkle with cheese.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
