MEDITERRANEAN CHICKEN 
Chicken (3 to 4 lb.)
1 tbsp. paprika
1 med. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, in strips
1 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. soy sauce
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. garlic
1/4 scant tsp. oregano
1 sm. jar mushrooms

Put 1 tablespoon flour in brown-n-bag and shake. Sprinkle chicken with paprika and put in bag. Put onion, green pepper and mushrooms in bag. Combine soy sauce, vinegar, garlic and oregano; pour over chicken. Close bag loosely, cut 6 (1/2 inch) slits on top. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour.
