PEAR MOLD SALAD 
1 (29 oz.) can pears
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. cream
1 c. whipping cream, whipped

Drain pears, reserving 1 cup pear juice. Soften cream cheese with 2 tablespoons cream. Mash drained pears to a pulp. Heat the 1 cup pear juice; add lime gelatin and stir until dissolved. Chill until slightly congealed. Add cream cheese and cream mixture and beat until smooth. Add mashed pears and whipped cream. Pour into mold and chill thoroughly. 6-8 servings.
