ARTICHOKE MARINATE SALAD 
1 can artichoke hearts, cut into quarters
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 tsp. oregano
Wine vinegar
Olive oil

Mix ingredients in large bowl. Add oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to flavor. Let marinate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight. Serve as appetizer or salad.
