SQUASH SOUP 
3-4 average yellow squash, chopped
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 cubes or 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon
1 1/2 tsp. oregano
Dash or so garlic powder
3-4 c. water

Mix all ingredients together and cook over medium heat until onion is very well cooked.

I serve this as a vegetable, but if you do, you'll have to use fruit dishes or bowls! That's why I call it squash soup. It's very good and low in calories. Serves 10-12.
