QUICK BEEF STROGANOFF | |
1 lb. ground beef 3 oz. cream cheese, cut in sm. cubes 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/4 c. milk 8 oz. wide noodles, cooked Brown beef in 10 inch skillet. Drain well. Add soup, cream cheese and milk. Stir until smooth. Pour over cooked noodles. Serves 4 to 6 people. |
