ORIGINAL GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
2 cans (16 oz. each) cut green beans, drained
3/4 c. milk
1/8 tsp. black pepper
1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup (10 3/4 oz.)

Combine beans, milk, soup, pepper and 1/2 can onions. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes longer. Serves 6.

2 packages (9 oz. each) cut frozen green beans, cooked and drained, may be used in place of canned green beans.
