MUSTARD HERB DRESSING 
1 c. oil
2/3 c. olive oil
1 1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
2 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. honey
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. dried basil

Put all ingredients into a container with a tight lid and shake well. (Do not use blender as garlic should stay minced). Pour into jar or bottles, distributing garlic evenly. Cap or cork tightly. Makes about 3 cups. Keep refrigerated and shake well before using.
