BAKED PORK CHOPS 
5 tbsp. brown sugar
2 oz. soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
4 to 6 thick pork chops

Mix brown sugar, soy sauce and mustard; pour 1/2 of this mixture over the chops.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes; turn meat over and pour remaining sauce over chops. Continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes. Serve hot.
