TEXAS HASH 
2 lg. onions, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
3 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger meat
2 (1 lb.) tomatoes
1 c. Minute Rice (uncooked)
1 tsp. chili powder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Cook onion and celery slowly in cooking oil until brown. Add hamburger; cook until it falls apart. Put in large casserole. Add all ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Take top off and cook for 15 minutes more to brown.

Chopped bell pepper and chopped onion may be added, if desired. This is real good to mix the night before. Very good with tossed salad and baked potato.
