1 box Jiffy Mix
1 egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
3/4 cup milk
1 can chili hot beans, drained (generic works fine)
1 can beef stew (again, generic works fine)

Mix drained chili hot beans & beef stew in good size bowl. Pour mixture into 8.5" x 8.5" metal baking dish lined with aluminum foil.Rinse mixing bowl and use to prepare Jiffy Mix according to the directions for corn pancakes on the side of the box.

Pour Jiffy mixture over the bean & stew mixture. Even crust mixture with the bottom of a tablespoon, being sure to cover completely.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until crust reaches desired color of brown. (You can also mix the finished dish in a bowl and top with four blend Mexican cheese.)
