SOUPER MEAT AND POTATO PIE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. fine dry bread crumbs
1 1/2 - 2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese

Mix thoroughly 1/2 cup soup, hamburger, onion, egg, bread crumbs, parsley, salt and pepper. Press firmly in 9-inch pie plate. Bake 350°F for 25 minutes. Spoon off fat.

Top with potatoes, remaining soup and cheese. Bake 10 minutes more. Garnish with cooked bacon (if desired).

Makes 1 (9-inch) meat pie.
