SPAGHETTI MARCO POLO 
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped black olives
4 chopped green onions
2 inch square grated Swiss cheese
2 tbsp. red pimento, diced
1 tbsp. fresh parsley
1 lb. cooked spaghetti

Blend all ingredients except spaghetti. Gently stir mixture into hot spaghetti. Serve with salad and fruit.
