EASY STOVE TOP BARBECUE 
2-4 servings pork chops, spare ribs or chicken
butter or oil, as needed
1 c. ketchup
1 c. water
1-1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped celery, optional
2-4 servings cooked rice

In Dutch oven or large skillet, brown meat in butter or oil over medium heat. Drain off fat. Meanwhile combine all other ingredients, except rice, in a separate container. Pour sauce over meat and bring to a slow boil; cover. Reduce heat and simmer about 45 minutes, or until meat is fork tender. Serve over cooked rice.
