WAIKIKI MEAT BALLS 
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/3 c. minced onion
1 egg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. milk

Mix the above and shape into balls. Brown and cook meat balls.

SAUCE:

2 tbsp. corn starch
1 lg. can (13 1/2 oz.) pineapple tidbits, drained (reserve liquid)
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/3 c. chopped pepper

Mix corn starch and sugar. Stir in reserved pineapple syrup, vinegar and soy sauce until smooth. Cook over medium heat until mixture thickens and boils. Add meat balls, pineapple, green pepper and heat through.
