WATERGATE CAKE 
3 1/2 oz. box instant pistachio pudding
1 box white cake mix (any brand)
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. ginger ale
1/2 c. crushed walnuts
3 eggs

Mix together in any order. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes in lightly greased and floured pan.

ICING:

1 lg. or 2 sm. containers frozen whipped topping
1 box instant pistachio pudding, small
1 1/2 c. milk

Mix until smooth. Top with nuts, coconuts, or cherries. Lovely to look at and very moist.
