EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
Chicken parts
Broccoli spears (fresh or frozen)
Velveeta cheese or American or cheddar
1 can evaporated milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can French fried onion rings

Boil chicken. Remove skin and bone. Arrange chicken in ungreased baking dish. Top with cooked broccoli, cover with sliced cheese. In a separate bowl, stir together milk and soup; pour over cheese. Bake, uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with onion rings and bake an additional 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
