SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 c. mashed cooked yellow squash
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Cheez Whiz
2 eggs
1/2 c. finely chopped onions
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/4 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste
(Eggplant and zucchini may also be used)

Combine all ingredients; pour into buttered casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 300 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serves 4-6.
