STEAK SOUP 
1 lb. ground steak, browned
1 onion, chopped, browned with meat
3 stalks celery, chopped
2 carrots, sliced
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 sm. can tomatoes
Pepper and salt to taste
1 tsp. accent (I use seasoned salt)
2 tsp. beef bouillon

Cook in crock pot 6 hours on medium. Make a roux of: 1/2 c. flour

I use about 1/3 cup of each. Mix into the soup and serve.
