PUMPKIN PIE 
1 unbaked pie shell
1 (5 oz.) can pumpkin
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. ginger
1 c. milk

Combine eggs, sugar, salt, and spices. Beat well. Blend in pumpkin. Add milk and beat. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes. Pie is done when knife inserted in center comes out clean.
