SCALLOP POTATOES 
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 cans of milk
2 tbsp. butter
8 med. size potatoes or to your liking
Salt
Pepper

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put in cream of chicken soup, 1 1/2 cans of milk and stir. Put in 2 tablespoons of butter, peel and slice potatoes thin, put in. Add salt and pepper. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
