NANNY IRENE'S ALMOND COOKIES 
2/3 c. pitted dates
1/3 c. dried apricots
1/3 c. raisins
2 tbsp. apple juice
1/3 c. finely chopped almonds

Put all ingredients into food processor, except nuts. Form mixture into balls the size of a cherry, then roll in nuts (coconut, grated carob, or different nuts can be used).
