MOCHA PUNCH | |
3 c. water 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. instant coffee granules 1/3 c. chocolate syrup 1 qt. milk 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened 1 c. Kahlua (optional) Combine first 4 ingredients in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; boil 1 minute. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours. When ready to serve, combine coffee mixture, milk, and ice cream in a punch bowl, stirring to blend. Add Kahlua, if desired. Yield: about 4 quarts. |
