CHILI RELLENOS CASSEROLE 
3 sm. cans chili peppers, drained
1 1/2 lbs. Monterey Jack cheese
Butter
1 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1/4 c. flour
4 eggs

Layer chili peppers and sliced cheese, top with butter. Make two or three layers. Pour mixture of milk, flour and eggs over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
