PORK WITH CIDER 
1 1/2 lb. lean boneless pork, cut into 1 inch cubes
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. apple cider or juice
1/3 c. pineapple juice
1/3 c. mandarin orange juice
Desired amount of pineapple and mandarin orange chunks
3 carrots, sliced
1/4 tsp. rosemary
1 bay leaf
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Thoroughly dredge pork with flour and heat oil in fry pan until hot, carefully add pork, cook until brown on all sides, remove and drain on paper towels. Put in casserole; add cider and juices and all other ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees for 2 hours, until meat is tender.

Serve with mashed potatoes or biscuits.
