FRUIT COCKTAIL CAKE 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. fruit cocktail, juice & all
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 egg

TOPPING:

1 c. brown sugar
1 c. nuts

Sift and mix dry ingredients. Beat egg and add fruit cocktail. Mix with dry ingredients. Pour into a 9"x13"x2" greased cake pan. Cover with brown sugar and nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve with whipped cream and a salad cherry.
