LINGUINE WITH TOMATO BASIL SAUCE 
1/4 c. olive oil
2 med. onions, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. tomatoes, chopped
2 tbsp. dried basil or 1/4 c. fresh
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 lb. linguine, cooked

Heat oil in large skillet over medium low heat. Add onions; cook until transparent. Add garlic; cook additional 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and herbs. Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes. Add sugar, salt and pepper to taste. Add pasta. Toss until blended. Serves 4 to 6.
