ITALIAN COLD CUT CALZONE | |
Frozen Pizza Dough (Pizza dough is used at most shops) Mortadella, Shredded Hot Ham Salami Provolone Onion Garlic Powder Parmesan (grated) Olive oil Let the dough thaw and rise. 1. Roll out dough. 2. Brush with oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan over 1/2. 3. Layer cold cuts, leaving about 1 inch on outside edge. 4. Brush outside edge with water; fold in half sealing edge. 5. Make slice across to allow steam to escape and keeping edge sealed (if you do not make slices the edge will open up. 6. Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder and Parmesan. You may want to wait until almost done, as the oil will allow outside to brown faster. 7. Bake at 450°F until done, check after 20 minutes. Submitted by: Bryan |
