DESSERT FAMILY FUDGE 
2 (12 oz.) pkgs. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 c. chopped walnuts
1 jar marshmallow cream
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 c. butter
1 (13 oz.) evaporated milk
4 1/2 c. sugar

Put the chocolate chips, walnuts, marshmallow cream, vanilla extract and butter in a large bowl. Set aside.

In a saucepan, boil the evaporated milk and sugar. Boil for 10 whole minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over the ingredients in the bowl. Stir for 6 whole minutes. Pour in a medium sized cookie pan or a jelly roll pan 9 x 15 x 2 inches. Let cool and cut. Makes 5 pounds of fudge.
