SAUSAGE AND RICE 
1 lb. sausage
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 jar pimento (optional)
1 onion, chopped
2-3 stalks celery, sliced
1 pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
3/4 c. uncooked rice

In large skillet, saute sausage until brown, then drain. Add onion, pepper, celery and pimento; saute a few more minutes. Add 5 cups water, then rice and soup mix. Cook 30-45 minutes, uncovered, or until done.
