KEY LIME PIE 
2 cans (less 4 tbsp.) sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
5 oz. key lime juice (don't you dare substitute)
Prepared graham cracker crust

Mix together egg yolks and condensed milk with a fork (don't beat). Add key lime juice and stir until blended. Pour filling into prepared crust. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes to set. Chill before serving. Top with whipped cream if desired. Once you've tried this one, you'll never go back to what you had before.
