CELERY SEED OR POPPY SEED
DRESSING
 
1/2 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. vinegar
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. chopped onion
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. seeds (celery or poppy)

Mix first 6 ingredients in blender, beating until thick. Stir in the seeds. Makes about 3 cups. Keep in refrigerator.
