BROWN SUGAR BALLS 
1 box light brown sugar
1 stick butter
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
Nuts (optional)

Cream brown sugar and butter, add eggs, beat well. Blend flour, vanilla, coconut and nuts if desired. Spread into a (9 x 12 inch) cake pan (dough will be stiff).

Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown (25 minutes). Very easy to burn, don't let them get too brown. May have the appearance of not being done in the center.
