PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
Pack of pork chops
2 c. rice
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
1 big onion
Salt and pepper

Wash off pork chops and lay flat in bottom of glass dish. Add rice on top (uncooked). Add can of tomatoes and juice. Smash up to be small; spread evenly on top of rice. Add sauce; put in can of tomatoes and fill with water; stir until thinned out.

Pour into pan until rice and water are even. Add more water until so. Cut up big onion and lay on top. Salt and pepper to taste. Cover with aluminum foil. Cook on 400 degrees until pork chops are done.
