BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage
1 doz. eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Fry sausage (scrambled). Drain and empty into a large mixing bowl. Scramble eggs (onions can be added to eggs, if preferred). Mix eggs with sausage in mixing bowl, add can of mushroom soup and 3/4 cup of the grated cheese. Pour mixture into a 11 x 13 inch baking pan, top with remaining cheese and bake at 350 degrees until soup and cheese bubbles. This dish can be prepared in advance and refrigerated until ready to bake and serve.
