MOLDED PEAR SALAD 
Lemon or lime Jello
1 lg. can Bartlett pear halves
1 pkg. soft cream cheese
1/4 c. chopped nutmeats
1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries
1/4 tsp. salt

Soften cream cheese with a very little milk and add nuts and salt. Form into little balls and place in pear circle. Place in mold. Pour a layer of Jello over pear halves and allow to set in freezer. (Use pear juice added to the water in the Jello.)
