2 lbs. frozen hash browns, slightly thawed 1/2 c. melted butter 1 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped onions 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (12 oz.) carton sour cream 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese TOPPING: 1/4 c. melted butter 2 c. corn flakes or Pepperidge Farm crumbs Paprika Mix all ingredients and place in buttered 9 x 13 inch pan. Add Topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
