BROCCOLI FETA PIE 
12 phyllo leaves
1 stick butter, melted
1 bunch fresh broccoli
1 bunch scallions
Fresh dill
8 oz. feta cheese
1/2 lb. cottage cheese
3-4 eggs

Chop broccoli and steam until tender. Saute scallions in butter; add broccoli to scallions and continue to saute for 10 to 15 minutes. Beat eggs; add both cheeses and dill. Mix thoroughly and add broccoli and scallions. Brush melted butter onto folded phyllo leaves. Leaves should have 2 folds each. Layer leaves in oblong pan in a criss cross fashion. Filling is placed in center of leaves and leaves folded up and over filling. Bake 45 to 60 minutes at 350 degrees. Leaves should be golden brown and filling firm.
