MACARONI AND PEAS | |
1 med. onion 1 clove garlic 1 med. can tomato paste 1 tsp. oregano 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat 1 can peas 1 lb. sm. macaroni Fry onion and garlic until brown. Add paste and 1 can of water. Sprinkle in oregano. Cook 5 minutes. Stir in chopped meat and cook 30 minutes. Add peas. Cook macaroni in separate pot. When macaroni is finished, drain and serve sauce over macaroni. |
