BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. ketchup
1/4 c. mustard
1/8-1/4 c. spicy mustard
1-2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1-1 1/2 c. brown sugar
Dash, liquid Hickory sauce
1-2 tbsp. A-1 or Open Pit BBQ sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Minced or diced onions (optional)

Marinate chicken or ribs etc. immediately upon placing it on gas grill. Dowse with cheap beer to steam the meat and enhance flavor.

Ingredients may vary depending upon personal taste. Refrigerate after use, sauce gets better with age.
