CRUSHED PINEAPPLE CAKE | |
2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs 1/2 c. pecans, chopped 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained Mix by hand until blended. Pour into 9 x 13 pan, greased. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. ICING: 8 oz. cream cheese, softened 1 stick butter Mix well and add 1 3/4 cup powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Ice warm cake and put in refrigerator. |
