TACO SALAD 
1 lb. hamburger
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1/2 head lettuce
1 or 2 onions
2 or 3 tomatoes
1 can black olives
1 can red kidney beans
1/2 bottle hot salsa
1 or 2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 bag corn tortilla chips
1 sm. sour cream
1 lg. plastic bag

Cut lettuce into strips; put on bottom of bag. Put chips in top of lettuce. Dice onions and cut tomatoes and put these on top of chips. Open cans of olives and kidney beans and put these on top of onions and tomatoes. Next pour on the salsa and sour cream.

Brown hamburger; drain fat. Add seasoning and a little water; cook until water is absorbed. When cooked, add the hot hamburger to the top of your pile. Put the cheese on top of the hot hamburger and shake bag (after closing the top, loosely). Shake well to coat all chips and pieces of lettuce. After about 20 seconds of shaking, pour into large bowl and serve. Makes about 4 servings.
