Pie crust (your own recipe or prepared)
1 tsp. jelly or marmalade
Cake mix (make cake according to directions)
Cup cake pan

Line cups with pie rust. Place 1 teaspoon of jelly or marmalade in bottom of cup. Use any white or yellow cake mix. Pour mix 3/4 in cup on top of jelly. Bake at 350 degrees until done when tested with toothpick. When cool, frost with favorite frosting.
