2 or 3 chickens, cut up
3 lbs. Italian sausage or Hillshire Farm Original Sausage
3 bell peppers
2 yellow onions
4 lbs. potatoes (peeled)
Italian seasoning to taste
Olive oil

Set oven at 350 degrees.

In large roasting pan cut potatoes in eighths and place on bottom of pan with 1/4 cup of olive oil. Place cut up onions and bell peppers on top of potatoes.
